Based in Italy, leads GCPC Investors’ expansion and project execution across Europe, strengthening the company’s role in the global energy transition. She drives strategic partnerships, market entry initiatives, and financing for utility-scale renewable energy projects, combining portfolio management, M&A strategy, financial structuring, and ESG compliance expertise to foster sustainable growth and innovation.

Previously, as Country Manager Italy at Qn-SOLAR, Monica successfully advanced the development and acquisition of Tier 1 projects, enhanced regulatory engagement, and established a strong market presence across Southern Europe.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Turin and is fluent in Chinese, Italian, English, and Spanish. With her multicultural leadership and cross-border negotiation skills, Monica delivers long-term value for investors, partners, and communities while advancing transformative renewable energy initiatives across Europe.
